Today We startup with the definition of youth empowerment and follow a systematic way to the career guidance.

What is Youth Empowerment ???

Youth Empowerment is related to the following Four developments of youth. This will make you successful in career and life.

1. Personal

2. Professional

3. Community

4. Sustainable

At the end you will have the knowledge of following:

Who you are?

What are you good at?

Which career steps you should take?

How you could do something good for the community and society?

There are various factors that affect our career and professional choices. That's why we decided to write this blog to help you to discover yourself. You are able see where are you today and where you will be in Future.

1. Personal development: We will guide you to Identify your personal values and how these values influencing your choices. Further you will have a chance to test yourself and find out your personality type.

2. Professional Development: We will guide you to map out the core elements of your career and to asses the most suitable career choice, where you have to focus to write up your success story. We will present you the best way to write up an effective CV. You will be guided to find your dream profession.

3. Community Development: We will help you to discover what you can do for your community and society. How to find a problem in society and how to find a solution? lastly we will guide to address your problem and draft the solution.

4. Sustainable Development: We will take a step back and identify the big challenges in the world today. We will discuss about how you can expand your circle of influence. We end up with discussing the three elements of Sustainable development, that is Social, Economic and Environmental.

We aim to motivate you to discover yourself and make a choice.
